It is State Fair time! I love going to the Minnesota State Fair. One of my favorite things about the Fair is the food. I recall one trip to the Fair years ago in which a friend and I needed to visit the first aid station to beg for antacids after consuming a particularly lethal combination of food on a stick...
So, tonight I did a Food on a Stick theme, since we are planning on hitting up the Fair this coming Friday(provided I can get the day off from work...ugh).
1. Pickle on a stick
2. Roma on a stick
3. Zucchini muffin on a stick
4. Chicken on a stick
5. Apple on a stick
6. Fruit Snack on a stick
The girls loved all the little sticks and were trying everything out. Of course the fruit snacks went first.
I love that I don't really have to do a ton of cooking on Muffin Tin Monday.
I am going to be switching our Muffin Tin meal to Sunday nights, because Big Sis is starting Dance and her class is on Monday evenings.

That's a great idea in honor of the fair! Hope you're able to get the day off so you can make it to the fair.
