Obsessed

Ok, I have a new obsession.  An internet obsession.  

I am a visual person when it comes to ideas.  I like to save pictures of things that I like, that inspire me, that I want to do, or try, or etc.  

I love cookbooks.  Especially the kind with a picture of every recipe.  A beautiful picture of every recipe. 

I have a photo album of magazine clippings of various different things I want to make or do or try.  

I think this is one of the reasons I LOVE blogs.  It has opened up a whole new world of idea sharing for me.  There are several blogs I read on a regular basis.  Most nights after I get the girls to bed, I relax a little by reading the latest posts on some of my faves.  I am especially drawn to beautiful blogs, with gorgeous photos.  

So (and I am not even sure where I first heard about it), I discovered Pinterest recently.  

What is it?  It is this totally addicting site that is like a virtual bulletin board.  You "pin" links in the form of photos from blog posts, websites, etc. onto your pinboards.  You can create many different pinboards in different categories, for example:  Recipes, Party Ideas, Fashion, Crafts, or anything you want!  It is wonderful.

I am so obsessed.  Like I really needed another thing to keep me from my chores :)
